Lika SCOTT holds a Masters in Electrical Engineering from the University Paul Sabatier in Toulouse and is also graduated from the Engineering School of Mines of Ales, with a specialization in Industrial Risks Management and Nuclear Safety.
She founded “Women In Mining Senegal” Association (WIM Senegal) in October 2012 that works to promote women’s leadership in the mining, extractive industries and their associated sectors in Senegal.
She is also the General Secretary of “Women In Mining Of West Africa” (WIMOWA), which is the umbrella organization for Women Associations in Mining and Oil sectors in West Africa.
