Moussa Mbaye GUEYE

Executive Director, ENDA LEAD Francophone Africa


Moussa Mbaye Gueye has intensive experience working with community based organizations in Senegal such as PWYP Senegal, women led organizations, social movements which are advocating for communities affected by mining operations, women and youth.

Moussa has expertise in legal and tax counsel with a focus on corporate and social responsibility (CSR) assessment, local content policies’ implementation and project-development as well as validation of EITI process, ABC compliance and Independent Review Mechanism (AfDB), Compliance Advisor Ombudsman (CAO) of the World Bank Group.

Moussa is currently the Executive Director of ENDA LEAD Francophone Africa to promote Leadership and build a new generation of agents of change with a resolve and ability to face Africa’s challenges related to sustainable development.

He is a member of the Boards of Directors of Enda TM and LEAD International involved in implementation of sustainable development treaties on trade, investment, biodiversity and climate change in Africa, HRBA and economic and social development programmes.

He is a LEAD Fellow and A4ID Fellow.
